Silent Coat - 2mm thick vibration isolation material uses its own mass load to reduce tinplate resonance and absorb body vibrations, converting them into minor heat. Using this material, you can stop the rattling of the interior trim, eliminate the road and other external noise that occurs in the car, and thus significantly improve the sound of your car's audio equipment.

Silent Coat is a polymer-based vibration isolation material with a special sticky surface. Thanks to the aluminum foil's upper surface and unique structure, it is particularly efficient in converting vibration into thermal energy. Silent Coat is very flexible, which is especially important because it allows you to stick it on any surface contour. It can be glued in the car on all metal surfaces, including the hood. USE: It is glued in the car on all internal sheet metal surfaces: bottom, roof, trunk, wheel arches, pillars, partition between engine and interior, doors and engine cover. Adhesive surface made of extra-adhesive mastic. The material does not absorb moisture, has anti-corrosion properties. In addition, it is recommended to glue the sound insulation material Silent Coat Noise Isolator on the vibration insulation. If working at a temperature of 15-55°C, it is not necessary to additionally heat the material. After heating, the material becomes more flexible, it is easier to stick it to uneven surfaces. Additional heating of the material is recommended only if the temperature of the working environment is lower than 10°C. The surface to be glued must be clean, rust-free and degreased if necessary.

To make your work easier, you can additionally purchase 3cm or 5cm roller for bituminous material.
